More than a booth

Why vendors love Wanderwood Weekend

This isn’t another crowded parking-lot craft fair. Wanderwood puts your business in the middle of a unique nature and arts festival, surrounded by woods, creativity, and guests looking for something different.

  • Two days at a beautiful wooded resort Vendor Booths are Friday & Saturday, September 25 & 26, at Cedar Creek Resort in Leesville, SC. Vendor hours are available from 9 AM–6 PM. Choose the vending hours that work for you, with a two-hour minimum recommended.
  • Choose Your Own Time Block You don't necessarily have to commit to a traditional all-day vendor schedule. Pick the hours within our vendor window that work best for you. During your scheduled vending time, vendors remain at their booth except for restroom or vehicle trips.
  • A Relaxed, Unhurried Atmosphere No convention center. No asphalt parking lot. Wanderwood offers a laid-back, wooded setting where guests can slow down, browse, talk, and discover.
  • An Audience Looking for Something Different Wanderwood Weekend celebrates creativity, individuality, art and self-expression — making it a natural fit for artists, makers and businesses offering products you don't find everywhere else.
  • Guests Looking for Handmade & Unique Products Art, jewelry, crafts, specialty goods, creative products and experiences all have a place here. We want Wanderwood's vendor area to feel like something worth exploring.
  • Showcase More Than Your Products Your booth is an opportunity to introduce people to your brand, your craft and what makes your business different. Bring business cards, promote your website or social media, take future orders and make connections.
  • Creative Booths Stand Out Wanderwood is a Nature & Arts Festival, so personality is encouraged. An attractive, interesting booth can become part of the experience and give guests another reason to stop.
  • Reach a Unique Adult Audience Wanderwood brings together adults interested in nature, art, music, creativity, community and experiences outside the ordinary.
  • Be a part of History Be part of the first Wanderwood Weekend — a new, one-of-a-kind Nature & Arts Festival in the heart of South Carolina. You can say you were here when it all started.
