A Few Things to Know Before You Wander
Wanderwood Weekend is almost here! We're looking forward to a weekend of music, art, games, good food, creek floating, glowing, wandering, and making some great memories together.
Before you head our way, here are a few things that will help make the weekend go smoothly.
📍 Arriving at Cedar Creek
A little heads-up about your GPS: it may tell you that you've arrived about two driveways too early. Don't worry — just keep going! Look for the blue and white Cedar Creek Resort signs and the Gatehouse. That's where you want to be.
Everyone must check in at the Gatehouse and provide ID before entering the grounds. You'll also pick up your access card at check-in so you can come and go freely throughout your stay.
🌿 Vendors — Arrival & Setup
If you are NOT staying at the creek and are coming in just to vend, please email info@wanderwoodweekend.com with your estimated arrival time. This helps us plan to meet you at the gate and show you to the unloading area, parking, and your vendor spot.
If you ARE staying at the creek, get settled into your accommodations first! When you're ready to set up, give us a call or wander over to the Social Council Tent and find us.
Vendors may drive as close to their space as the roads allow for unloading. Once you're unloaded, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area or back to your accommodations/lot.
Questions? We're happy to help! info@wanderwoodweekend.com

🍴 Food, Drinks & Good Stuff
We'll have a limited amount of food and refreshments available throughout the weekend.
Early Dinner — 4 PM Daily Food will be available for purchase beginning at 4 PM each day, first come, first served until it's gone. Please plan accordingly for your other meals.
Mornings at The Thirsty Hollow Baked goods will be available each morning while they last.
Drinks Drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day.
Cash is preferred and helps us avoid processing fees, but Venmo and Cash App will also be available for digital payments.
🎒 Don't Forget...
A few things you'll be glad you brought:
• Cash — for games, raffles, food, drinks & other festival fun
• River tube — if you're floating the creek with us Sunday
• Bug spray & sunscreen — nature is wonderful... bugs are still bugs
• Personal essentials — whatever keeps you happy and comfortable
• Lawn chairs — especially for evenings at the Pavilion, the band & Glow Party
🚗 Parking, Driving & Wandering Souls
If you have accommodations or a rented lot, please park there whenever possible. We'd like to keep the clubhouse parking area available for day guests who don't have designated parking.
Please respect signs restricting vehicles from the long-term lot area. Only long-term renters and golf carts should enter this area.
The campground is a one-way loop. To exit, continue around the loop and pass the bathhouse in the RV lot area.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH
Please take it slow throughout the campground.
Watch out for bare butts & wandering souls. 😎

🕐 About the Schedule
We've done our best to plan everything on schedule, but hey — things happen!
We're all volunteers, and many of our activities, food, drinks, and other festival fun depend on having helping hands available.
If something changes, we'll post updated information at the appropriate tent or booth.
So be patient, wander around, enjoy yourself, and check back soon. We'll get there! 🌿

🛒 Need Something While You're Here?
Forgot something? You're not completely in the middle of nowhere! Pelion is about 10 minutes away and is your best bet for a quick supply run. You'll find a grocery store, hardware store, laundromat, several gas stations, an ABC store, Dollar General, Family Dollar, a few locally owned restaurants, and Hardee's.
If you need more options, Red Bank is about 25 minutes away and has Walmart, Lowe's, several grocery stores, restaurants, and most of the other essentials you might need during the weekend.
🙌 Want to Lend a Hand?
Wanderwood Weekend happens because people pitch in — and you don't have to give up half your weekend to help.
Have 30 minutes? An hour? Want to be a standby in case we need an extra set of hands? We'd love to have you.
Email info@wanderwoodweekend.com and let us know you'd like to help. If you're not sure what you want to volunteer for, that's perfectly fine — we'll find somewhere to put you!
You can also simply stop by the Social Council Tent during the festival and ask where you can lend a hand.
Every little bit helps.

We're excited to finally welcome everyone to Wanderwood Weekend.
